My name is Julie Kirby and I am a fully qualified Child and Adolescent counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I also work with families and adults. I have trained and worked with Relate and currently work with a Charity alongside my private practice.
My training was in psychodynamic however by continued professional development, I have developed into an Integrative counsellor. This means, I am able to adapt my counselling style to suit many different needs.
Through my experience I have worked with a range of issues. Including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, bereavement, gender issues, ADHD, ASD, attachment issues, self harm, neglect, domestic abuse – physical, emotional and sexual.

Due to the new regulations, I am currently only offering online Counselling via Zoom. As soon as it is safe to do so I will be able to continue my private practice in Colchester.

Saturday 10am to 4pm
If the above times do not suit, I am available for online video sessions on request.
